TAP exists to sit low and die fast. This is the reference range TAP will be measured against. Its own figures are not here yet, because we have not run the test.

A low, short note is not a coating or a sticker. It is the face, the 16 mm core, and the bond between them, chosen together. More core means more damping mass: a plusher strike and a note that dies sooner.

The quiet claim is the whole product. TAP is sold on a lower, shorter note, and that claim only means something as a measured figure. Until the cell test runs, the promise stays a design intent, and we label it as one.

No approval marks appear on this page. TAP is not currently certified for sanctioned competition, so we display no governing-body seal and ask retailers not to either. When it is earned, it will appear here first.
